Things worth knowing about your 4 star hotel in Saalbach - Hotel Kendler
- You can check into your hotel room from 2pm on the date of arrival. When departing please leave your room by 11am at the latest.
- All prices include the local tax of 1,10 Euro per day (children up to 15 years are free)
- Small dogs are allowed! You pay 10,50 Euro per dog per day.
- Single occupancy rooms are charged at an extra 50%
- All rooms which have not been renovated are subject to a 10% reduction by the Enn-Breitfuß family.
- Your deposit is a one off payment of 145 Euro per person. Please make an electronic transfer to the account number 29033, sort code 35052 at the Raiffeisenbank Saalbach branch. For a free electronic transfer from abroad please use the international bank details: the IBAN number is AT123505200000029033, the BIC or SWIFT Code is RVSAAT2S052.
- No refund is due if meals have not been consumed within the half board deal.
- For only 1,45 Euro per person and booked day the Hotel Kendler can insure you against all cancellation fees in case of accidents, illness or death of the insured, the siblings, children or grandparents. If you would like to decline this great service please inform the hotel of your wish when booking.
- For cancellations the rules of the Austrian hotel terms and conditions apply. Room cancellations are only valid in writing. Up to three months prior to your arrival no cancellation fees apply. Up to one month prior to your arrival Hotel Kendler will charge for three days. From one month prior to your arrival or when leaving earlier than planned Hotel Kendler will charge 80% of the total amount.
